Aaron Roosevelt grew up in Washington state and has spent over 15 years working in restaurants. From washing dishes to management to catering operations for high-end events, he has experience in all parts of the food service industry. He brings his passion for the hospitality industry and customer first attitude to his role as a Listing Transaction Agent for Restaurant Realty Company.

Aaron has a passion for strengthening communities through thoughtful business development and believes that we all thrive when the local business industry is vibrant. Restaurants, coffee shops and local bars are key cornerstone gathering locations that are needed to develop a strong community. Aaron has worked in traditional residential real estate as well as focusing on distressed property purchases. He brings this varied experience to the unique world of restaurant brokerage.

Aaron also has a decade of experience as a business co-owner and entrepreneur helping to run and grow his wife's business Healthy Grocery Girl®, a multi-media production company providing recipe development, food and nutrition photography, videography, social media content creation and digital marketing in the health and wellness category founded by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Megan Roosevelt.

Aaron has been married to his wife Megan for over 11 years and they have two wonderful and energetic young children! They have lived in California since 2015 and are based in Ventura County.
