Know your budget and stick to it!

Create a SMALL Must-Have and a LARGE Nice-To-Have List
With my clients, we start with a must-have list. Such as Move-In-Ready or a certain number of bedrooms. Next we create a nice-to-have list with more flexible home features. Try making a must-have and a nice-to-have list!
Hire an inspector
Did you know that in California, it’s usually not required to get your home “inspected” before you buy? However, I would not recommend this. Inspections can help identify important repairs for the seller prior to purchase and / or provide peace of mind for the buyer about the home they are buying.
